Well, I've bought the XL, the 2XL, and the 3XL...3rd time's a charm! I'm 5'10, 205lbs. Yes, big legs from biking for 50 years. The XL...forget them!, the 2XL; like "painted on", and the 3XL; comfy fit. I would figure you'd have to be 6'4", 275 for 3XL...but, whatever. They're great pants (when you can get them on!).

I bought these in the spring as a replacement for a pair of polyester/nylon/lycra Pearl Izumi's I have had for over twenty years whose seat has begun to sprout holes. The Primal's are designed for even cooler and nastier weather than the Pearl's, but because the weather in Central Virginia had become warmer by the time the Primal's arrived this spring, I have not yet used them in cold conditions. As I ride tights when the temperature is 70 and below to protect my knees, the Primal's look to be too warm for a 70-50 degree range and more suited for 50-below riding.

They fit almos perfect! I wish they could have a tighter fit on the waist or some adjusting option (like a cord). Other than that they are warm and easy to wear. I love them.
