Where are they?
I returned them because they were too small for a larger pair. I haven't heard back yet after 2 weeks

Don't count primal out of high end kits
Overall, I am very satisfied with dealing with primal. All the way from my rep and customer service to the end product of my kit. I chose third top of the line Helix kit and it is as good as quality and fit as other big brands out there and I've ridden them all. The pricing was about 20-25% cheaper as well.
