Awesome, Awesome, Awesome
Quite possibly the best shorts ever. Great fit

US Army Strength Men's Cycling Short
I usually buy higher end shorts from Peral Izumi; however, the fit and padding are as good as the higher end quality shorts I buy. Definitely worth buying for the serious cyclist.
Good but
The shorts fit great. The pad on the other hand is just average. The pad density is too soft. I just used these shorts for a 25 mile XC race in Butte MT. It was 90 degrees and near the end my **** was getting a bit irritated. I can say they are really no better or worse than my high end Specialized or Pearl Izumi shorts. I have a pair of 25 year old Cannondale shorts with a synthetic chamois. These are still the best I have. For mountain biking I want a pad that stay out of the way, does not get damp and allows me to move on the seat. These short did have one interesting little feature, they squeak on against my saddle. On long down hills where I am back on the saddle the inner thigh of the shorts squeak against the saddle. Not a big deal once I figured out what it was. Never had a pair of shorts do that.
