Mailing Your Exchange
We offer free shipping on all items exchanged within the USA. Once we receive the original item, we will immediately send your new item along with a FedEx tracking number. In the case of a return, it may take one to two business days after the product is received to process. Refund is based on the purchase price of the product and does not include shipping and handling costs.
Please note that a $16 shipping fee will apply for all international exchanges and we will contact you for payment.
There are no exchanges for discontinued merchandise or final closeouts, no exceptions.
Limited Warranty
We offer a 1-year replacement or store credit policy for any items that you are dissatisfied with.
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials, you can return it directly to us at any time. This limited warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear of our products.
