I'm 6'0' and weight 187 lbs and where a large. These are super comfortable, the chamois doesn't rub and they don't give me a wedgie either, they are completely just right. There are times when I think they are a little tight up front but last ride was good. I will buy them again.

I really like this pair, But the blue pair I got recently looks like the stitching on the pad is starting to unravel.
