What is your return/exchange policy?

For eligible items purchased on primalwear.com, we accept returns up to 30 days provided the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. We accept exchanges up to 60 days after the original purchase. Please view our return and exchange policy for further details. *Does not apply to custom apparel orders. 

How should I wash my jersey / shorts?

Jerseys and shorts can be machine washed on the cold cycle and drip dried. Do not dry clean or iron, and do not use bleach.

Do you have blank or customized jerseys?

We have an excellent custom jersey department that can create custom jerseys for teams, events and retailers. You can find more information on the custom apparel page. We do not have inventory of blank products.

Will you sponsor me?

Currently, Primal is not accepting applications for sponsorships. Be sure to check back in the next few months, as we hope to provide more sponsorships in the near future.

Can I place an item on backorder?

Unfortunately, we cannot place out of stock items on backorder. However, you can submit your email address to be notified when an item comes back in stock.

Is there a sizing chart?

Yes. We have a Sizing Chart and a Fit Guide. These Charts are also on each product page.

Free Shipping

Free shipping offers only apply to domestic ground shipments over $100. Order arrives in approximately 3-5 business days. Orders usually ship same day or next business day. No Saturday or holiday delivery. Signature may be required for orders totaling over $300. *Does not apply to custom apparel orders. 

Standard Shipping

Arrives in approximately 3-5 business days. Orders usually ship same day or next business day. No Saturday or holiday delivery. Signature may be required for orders totaling over $300. *Does not apply to custom apparel orders. 

Express Shipping

Arrives in 2-3 business days. Order MUST be placed before by 1pm MST for same day shipping. No Saturday or holiday delivery. Not available to PO Boxes. Signature may be required for orders totaling over $300. *Does not apply to custom apparel orders. 

Overnight Shipping

Arrives by 4:30 next business day. Order must be placed by 1pm MST for same day shipping. No Saturday or holiday delivery. Not available to PO Boxes. Signature required for orders over $300. *Does not apply to custom apparel orders. 

USPS Priority Mail – PO Boxes and APOS

Arrives in 3-5 business days, international in 6-10 business days. Order must be placed by 9am MST for same day shipping.

International Orders may be subject to additional Customs Taxes and/or Duties upon arrival.

The customer is responsible for any Customs Charges.

Exchange Policy

At Primal, we stand behind our products. We hope that you are equally satisfied with every aspect of your ordering experience. If for some reason that is not the case please use our online Returns & Exchanges tool to get a label that you can use to send your item back to us.

Mailing Your Exchange

We offer free shipping on all items exchanged within the USA. Once we receive the original item, we will process your exchange in 2-3 business days. In the case of a return, the cost of the shipping label will be automatically deducted from your return amount. It may take one to two business days after the product is received to process. Refund is based on the purchase price of the product and does not include shipping and handling costs. Return items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached for full refunds.

Please note that a $16 shipping fee will apply for all international exchanges and we will contact you for payment.

There are no exchanges for discontinued merchandise, final closeouts, or customized products, no exceptions.

Limited Warranty

We offer a 6-month replacement or store credit policy for defective or damaged items. This limited warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear of our products.
