Made to protect you in the event of wet conditions, Primal’s Rain Jacket is built with Toray material that is light, translucent, and highly water resistant. The textured-base surface pattern helps reduce humidity inside the jacket to keep you warm and dry. Its packs away easily and is furnished with elastic sleeves and waist with a side zipper access opening.

Good item to have in case you get caught in a storm. Fits nicely in a case that used to hold a jacket I used as a runner. Perhaps you could design a case that would clip on a waistband or jersey pocket for stowing it when not needed.

Super light rain jacket perfect for jersey pocket
I bought this as a "just in case of rain" jacket, which I could easily carry in my jersey pocket on Mtn Rides in CO where afternoon rains are an almost certainty. The fit is accurate to the measurements on the website. I'm a fairly bulky 5' 11" guy and the L fits well, with no extra room. In order to test it and make quick evaluation (with out having to actually be riding in the rain) I simply wore it in the shower with a cotton T shirt under it. It did great, with no leaks on the seams or zippers. I chose it over 3 different rain jackets which were all awesome water proof breathable membranes, but were all just too bulky to cary with if it wasn't actually raining when you started a ride. I look forward to use it while training for, or riding again in the Triple Bypass, and appreciate Primal's support to that great Colorado ride!

This translucent and waterproof fabric is created with a textured base surface pattern that helps to reduce any sort of self-inflicted humidity inside the jacket, because there’s probably enough moisture already affecting you at that point.
