It is breathable enough to use for Kempo. The strap is awesome to drop down when not in use, like riding my onewheel. The frame works great to keep it away from my mouth.

It's very hard to wear face masks while exercising. Everything gets saturated eventually. This is the only mask I use for exercise. The internal frame keeps mask off of face. This mask seems to take longer to get saturated than other 'quick dry' masks I've tried. For me the internal frame helps with clostaphobic feelings because it provides some space in the mask.
