Made to protect you in the event of wet conditions, Primal’s Rain Jacket is built with Toray material that is light, translucent, and highly water resistant. The textured-base surface pattern helps reduce humidity inside the jacket to keep you warm and dry. Its packs away easily and is furnished with elastic sleeves and waist with a side zipper access opening.

MATERIALS
Made to protect you in the event of wet conditions, rain jackets with Toray material are as light as a feather and essential during unpredictable transitions in the seasons. This translucent and water resistant fabric is created with a textured base surface pattern that helps to reduce any sort of self-inflicted humidity inside the jacket, because there’s probably enough moisture already affecting you at that point.

This is my third super light weight rain jacket, which I use both for light rain and for layering during cold weather rides. It is by far the most substantial, without sacrificing the small, packable size.

While this is a useful little rain jacket that packs up small enough to stuff into a pocket or small bag, my main reason for buying it is that I use light weight rain jackets for layering during winter rides. This is as sturdy as it is small, and it is wind-proof, hence its value for winter riding. Once I’m warmed up, I can remove this jacket easily (I usually wear 2 Thermal layers, then this, then my winter weight biking jacket) and stuff it into my pack.

Color is perfect nice and bright! So soft and wraps up to the teeniest tiny little square. Easy to stash away until you need it. Fit was perfect for me.
