In 2006, we worked with Mari Ruddy and the amazing folks at the American Diabetes Association to design the Red Rider Jersey. After hearing the impassioned story from Mari we developed a look and system to provide jerseys that empowered and recognized riders with Diabetes throughout the country. Primal has been a longstanding supporter of the Children’s Hospital Colorado, providing apparel for the Courage Classic, a multi-day fundraising ride at Copper Mountain in Colorado. We team up with Bike New York for the TD Five Boro Bike Tour, an amazing adventure through the heart of New York. 32,000 cyclists ride on closed roads and experience what it would be like to live in a world without cars. Not only does Bike New York provide this inconceivable ride, in 2016 they taught more 17,000 people bike riding and safety skills. Never stop learning!

Since 1983 Perimeter Bicycling events have raised over $77 million for local and international charitable organizations. El Tour de Tucson is the flagship event but Cochise County Cycling Classic, and El Tour de Mesa are among the other fantastic events. Wish for Wheels provides new bicycles and helmets to kids in low income communities. We team up with the cycling club and the group to create memories these kids will never forget!

The Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa is the oldest, largest, and longest recreational bicycle touring event in the world. Eight Iowa communities along the RAGBRAI route serve as “host” communities for overnight stays. Bicycle riders from around the world travel to Iowa to ride their bikes with their closest 10,000 friends.

The BRAG Dream Team is a program focused on providing growth and learning experiences for underprivileged youth through mentorship and cycling. The Dream Team provides mentorship to its program participants throughout the year. With the help and guidance of the coaches, program participants ride in all BRAG rides, broadening their horizons and providing a myriad of learning experiences they might not otherwise have a chance to experience.
