I received these filters and was surprised that they were much thinner and softer than the filters included with the mask bundle I'd previously purchased and loved. I contacted Primal customer service to ask about the change. I received a super speedy response from Lindsey, who informed me that the filters were in fact different but effective. She then sent out replacements for my order, in full, no charge, that arrived within several days!! Best... customer... service... ever!!! Way to go Primal!! Much appreciated!!
