I bought this to go over all the black cycling jackets and dark thermal jerseys I own when I want a bit more visibility riding in congested areas. I love Primal products and am consistently satisfied. The one bit of advice I have for buyers is to size up. I’m small (5’4” 115 pounds) and wear a medium.
