"Primal is a company full of creative people and always looking for a way to give back to local communities. A few years back, two of the Primal Artists started an annual art party where the Primal employees and friends would create original art, through a party, and auction the art and other goodies off to donate the money to the two charities we choose for the year.
Since the beginning, I have been able to participate by donating my time and art. Painting several paintings each year of things like Star Wars characters and animals riding bicycles and finding new fun and interesting art mediums I may never have used. Three years ago I was fortunate enough to take the event on and plan it. With the help of a few other employees, we have been able to grow the event each year. Raising more money and awareness for the charities each year.
It is an amazing feeling to spend nearly a year planning each year for a single night and at the end of the night be able to hand these great charities any money so they can continue on their missions. Knowing that each year we do this, we helped to get another kid on a bicycle, helped another kid stay off the streets and more active, or even helped local flood victims is what keeps me coming back each year."
